THE TERMS OF THE TEMPLE

The Initiation is a one-time purchase of $44 USD. One payment, once.

Your Initiation gives you ongoing access to the She Is The Religion experience and the Initiation features included with your purchase, including the fourteen portals, your Personal Canon, the Temple Home, and the Oracle, subject to these Terms.

We do not charge you a recurring fee for the Initiation.

When we say "lifetime access," we mean that you will not be asked to purchase the Initiation again or pay another fee simply to retain access to what your Initiation provides.

The Temple is a living digital space. We may improve, update, redesign, add, remove, replace, or modify features, content, technology, and functionality over time. Some features may evolve or become unavailable as the Temple grows.

Your Initiation does not guarantee that every feature available on the date of purchase will remain available forever, nor does it guarantee that She Is The Religion will operate indefinitely.

If we ever make the difficult decision to discontinue the Temple entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate that decision and, where appropriate, provide reasonable notice.

The Initiation is not a subscription.

Beyond, our seasonal subscription experience, is now open. From time to time, we may also offer additional experiences, products, services, events, memberships, or features that are separate from your Initiation and may require an additional payment or subscription.

If you choose to purchase a subscription, the specific terms presented to you at the time of purchase will apply, including its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation process.

Subscriptions renew until you cancel them. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the cancellation method we provide, and cancellation will stop future recurring charges.

If you cancel a subscription — or if you never subscribe at all — you keep everything your Initiation gave you. Your religion is never rented.

The Initiation is a digital experience. Because access to its content is provided immediately after purchase, Initiation purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate under the circumstances.

If you experience a significant technical problem that prevents you from accessing the Initiation or its core features, please contact us at hello@sheisthereligion.app. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, may offer an alternative remedy or refund.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or your purchase was made without authorization, please contact us promptly so that we can review the situation.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Your Personal Canon is yours.

The commandments, vows, reflections, responses, writings, and other original material you create and enter into your Canon remain your content. We do not claim ownership of your original content.

You may edit or delete your Canon entries through the features we make available to you.

You are responsible for the content you choose to create, upload, or submit through the Temple and for ensuring that you have the right to use anything you submit.

By using the Temple, you give us the limited permission necessary to host, store, process, display, and technically reproduce your content solely so that we can provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Temple and its functionality.

We do not sell your Canon as a product or claim ownership of your personal writings.

How we collect, use, store, and protect personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content belongs to you. The Temple itself belongs to She Is The Religion and its licensors.

This includes, without limitation, the She Is The Religion name and brand; the Temple's visual identity; its original written teachings and materials; the fourteen portals; the Oracle and its original content; the Personal Canon system; designs; graphics; illustrations; interfaces; software; terminology; frameworks; and other intellectual property associated with the Temple.

Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Temple for its intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership of the Temple or its intellectual property to you.

Please do not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, commercially exploit, scrape, systematically download, or create derivative works from the Temple or its proprietary materials without our written permission.

You may engage with the teachings for your own personal practice, reflection, learning, and transformation.

She Is The Religion is a devotional practice, philosophical framework, creative experience, and space for personal reflection.

It is not therapy, psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or any other form of professional advice.

Nothing within the Temple is intended to replace qualified professional guidance.

The Temple does not promise any particular personal, financial, professional, spiritual, emotional, health, relationship, or other outcome.

You are responsible for your own decisions and for determining when professional advice or support is appropriate.

The language of sovereignty within She Is The Religion is an invitation to self-reflection and personal agency. It does not create a professional, fiduciary, therapeutic, medical, or advisory relationship between you and She Is The Religion.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or use She Is The Religion.

By entering the Temple, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

If you are under 18, please do not create an account, purchase the Initiation, or use the Temple.

The Temple is designed to be a place where women can explore their inner worlds, create their own canons, and engage with the work of She Is The Religion.

Because the Temple may contain personal information and user-generated content, you agree to respect its walls.

You may not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Temple, another person's account, or another person's content; interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the Temple; use the Temple to distribute malicious software, code, or harmful material; scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract information from the Temple; attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections; impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with She Is The Religion; use another person's account or credentials without authorization; harass, threaten, abuse, or deliberately disrupt other members; use the Temple to violate another person's rights or applicable law; or use the Temple or its proprietary materials for unauthorized commercial purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

The Temple holds each woman's inner world; we hold its walls.

We want the Temple to remain a safe and functional environment.

If you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Temple, compromise its security, engage in unlawful conduct, or create a serious risk to the Temple or other members, we may suspend or terminate your access.

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before taking action. We may act immediately when necessary to protect the Temple, our systems, our members, or our legal rights.

If your access is terminated because you materially violated these Terms, you may not create another account or attempt to regain access without our permission.

The threshold is technology.

Like any digital service, the Temple may occasionally experience interruptions, maintenance, bugs, delays, changes, or technical difficulties.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Temple available and functioning, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at every moment.

Your access may also depend on things outside our control, including your internet connection, device, browser, operating system, third-party services, hosting providers, or other technology.

We may perform maintenance, make technical changes, introduce new systems, or modify the way the Temple operates.

We may also rely on third-party technology and service providers to operate portions of the Temple.

The Temple may contain links to, integrations with, or functionality provided by third-party services.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control, including their availability, content, security, policies, or practices.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by the terms applicable to that service.

Your privacy matters deeply to us, particularly because the Temple may invite you to create and record personal reflections.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, how we store and protect it, and the choices available to you.

By using the Temple, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to read it before entering anything into your Personal Canon.

We offer the Temple as it is and as it evolves.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the Temple will meet every individual expectation or that any particular result will come from using it.

Your experience with the teachings, practices, prompts, Oracle, and other materials is personal to you.

We make no promise regarding what you will experience, create, discover, change, or become through your participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, She Is The Religion and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, licensors, service providers, and team members will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Temple.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the Temple will be limited to the amount you paid to She Is The Religion for the applicable service or purchase giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to use the Temple lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

If your actions cause us to face a claim, loss, liability, damage, expense, or reasonable legal cost because you materially violated these Terms, violated applicable law, or infringed another person's rights, you may be responsible for those losses to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Temple will evolve, and these Terms may evolve with it.

If we make a material change to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice before the updated Terms take effect, such as by email or through the Temple.

The updated Terms will apply from their effective date.

The current version of these Terms will always be available on this page.

Your continued use of the Temple after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and She Is The Religion concerning your use of the Temple.

If a specific additional agreement applies to a particular product, service, event, or offering, that agreement may contain additional terms that apply to that offering.
